Our 8th annual Fuelfed Motorgearo has been sold out since January. We’ve worked hard to create a unique experience that caters to vintage European cars and their owners. From the curated routes of varying terrain, to culinary exploration of bespoke local eateries, the camaraderie is at peak levels during our 3 day experience, placing the Motorgearo at the top of the vintage rally scene.

The weather looks fantastic for our annual Thanksgiving Fuelfed Fallen Leaf Drive tracing the beautiful Heritage Trail. Coffee at the start and coffee at the conclusion. Camaraderie all the way.
1967 LANCIA FULVIA RALLYE COUPE
Those who have been attending Fuelfed events will recognize this little italian gem. Chicagoland Fuelfed member Lancia enthusiast owner.

Mileage 98,601 believed to be genuine.

Aluminum, hood, doors, and trunk lid.
English gauges & American Market bumpers + overriders, front turn signals, also rare.
Restored carefully & sympathetically over 8 years to original condition.
Interior in Black, completely original and in very good condition. Small hole in headliner.
Body complete stripped and ALL RUST removed from the car. 12 panels total replaced.
Beautiful Bianco Saratoga (white) paint, original color (not perfect, but very nice).
1300 cc Engine professionally rebuilt to original spec. Less than 3000 miles on it.
Carburetors restored and rebuilt.
Custom red crinkle cam cover. Looks very proper, and very Italian.
Original fender mirror re-chromed.
New and correct Pirelli Cinturato tires (2018).
Stainless Steel Trim rings on wheels.
All in all, a Unique & Delightful little Italian car to drive and enjoy.

Twiggy. Twiggy. Twiggy. Most people today have no idea who Twiggy was/is. As a very young boy I had a crush on Twiggy. Hey, she was skinny, blonde, blue-eyed and liked cars. What’s not to like? Her svelte stature and ultra eye-lashes set the bar for what was to evolve into the term “super model”. She was on every cover, of every magazine, everywhere. In fact, she’s still hot today.

Enter the Lamborghini Miura S. It was svelte, powerful, exotic and had ultra eye-lashes. It set the bar for what a “super car ” should be. It appeared on every car magazine cover and shared news stand real estate with Twiggy covers everywhere.
One would think the skinny blonde Brit would drive a Mini, in fact she did, but once she saw her mechanical counter part, it was love at first sight. Twiggy ordered her 1969 Miura S in lime green with her favorite color orange with white center stripes. Serendipitous? I think not.
The two radiant super models enjoyed each others company for 9 years.
