This 1988 911 has been on several club drives and touring weekends and performs flawlessly every time. This long-time Fuelfed member and fastidious Porsche owner has decided to move in a new direction and is offering his 83k mile Targa to a discerning new owner.

Some basics…
All maintenance up to date.  Everything works as intended, including cold A/C.  Restored Targa top by Dan Petchel. New front targa seal, new windshield seal.  Restored OEM Blaupunkt Reno radio installed in 2019 (with auxiliary connection for iphone). No leaks, no rust.

Color:  Guards Red over a black interior.

Some history…
January 2015: @77,800 miles – Engine out service:  Motor removed, replaced complete clutch assembly and clutch guide tube, replaced replaced spark plugs and ignition wires, adjusted valves, replaced rear main seal, replaced oil sending unit, replaced rear crank case vent hoses, and replaced all fluids;
May 2015:  @78,691 miles: Test A/C: retrofit/convert A/C to R134;
July 2015:  @78,749 miles: Replace drive axle boot. Rebuild front and rear brake calipers. Install new A/C condenser blower motor.

July 2016:  @80,445 miles: Replaced oil return tubes and new oil sending unit. Replaced/repair right side windshield washer check valve. Replaced the transmission shifter bushing ball and socket;

August 2017: Replaced the front over windshield to the top rubber seal. Replaced windshield seal and top and bottom clips.

August 2017: Sent Targa Top to Cars, Inc. in New Jersey for full 4-stage. Restoration of targa top with correct German factory vinyl.

October 2017: @82,093 miles: Remove and replace all CV axle shaft boots.

June 2019:  @82,959 miles: Replaced driver seat front position switch and install Left/Right window trim pieces.

Car is ready to be driven anywhere. Custom cover included.
