FFotW: 1984 VW Rabbit GTI 16v

by

We have a little soft spot for the A1 Rabbit GTI here at the Fuelfed garage. We all know the story of the GTI, but if you haven’t owned one, you won’t understand the appeal. This one has been built with all the right stuff despite the boy-racer color scheme. As usual, $2400 is a fraction of what it took to build and a screaming bargain in the “bang-for-buck” category.
